Senior Communications Manager

£350 - £400 daily rate

3 month contract

Location: Kings Cross Station - HYBRID

One of the worlds top educational institutions are searching for a Senior Communications Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Within this role you will manage Strategic Change communications and be responsible for managing a complex content pipeline. You will commission, edit and create lively strategic content - including news about the exciting initiatives and projects that are transforming within the university including an employee engagement campaign with design assets, case studies, a strong storytelling narrative, video and tool kits for further sharing.

  • Working with the head of communications to develop an integrated change communications strategy
  • Ensure high profile engagement campaigns, case-studies are reflective to the target audience
  • Contributing to the writing and editing of internal and external communications, including copy for web, emails and other digitally printed materials
  • Managing the universities web pages and creating and sending student and staffing communications
  • Develop network and channels to engage staff and students
  • Keeping up to date with the Higher Education best practice
  • Actively building relationships within the communications team

You’ll use your keen understanding of the multiple channels available to push out and re purpose content for different audiences, constantly analysing the performance of our communications and making sure we learn from it and become more effective.
