Morgan Hunt is currently looking for a temporary Senior Communiations Manager for a Higher Education Organisation in London. The role is offered on 3 month basis, paying up to £400 a day, starting on 9th of November.

Senior Communications Manager (Strategic Change)Location: Hybrid / Bidborough HouseReports to: Head of CommunicationsA leading global university is seeking an experienced Senior Communications Manager (Strategic Change) to play a key role in driving communications for a major organizational transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead change communications across multiple platforms, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and shape the narrative of one of the world's most prestigious educational institutions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy to support strategic change initiatives.
  • Drive the visibility of strategic change successes through engaging campaigns, case studies, and targeted messaging.
  • Manage a network of change ambassadors across various departments, ensuring effective communication throughout the university.
  • Write, edit, and deliver high-quality content for a range of internal and external channels, including web, email, and social media.
  • Use data and audience insights to analyze performance and refine communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the Director of Strategic Change, to deliver key messages and maintain alignment across teams.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in change communications, internal communications, or similar complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong editorial skills, with experience tailoring content for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to use data and insights to measure communication effectiveness and drive improvement.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver impactful messaging.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and balancing competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email marketing platforms (e.g., Dotdigital).
