Your Mission:As the Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Business Change and the Communications Manager in delivering effective change communications for an exciting system-change project. Your main tasks will include:

  • Manage the Comms Plan: Oversee the delivery of the existing communications plan, ensuring engaging and clear messages guide colleagues through the transition.
  • Collaborate & Support: Work closely with the Strategic Projects Communications Team to provide top-notch communications advice and expertise across various projects.
  • Craft Compelling Content: Author high-quality communications materials, ensuring alignment with our style guide and brand guidelines. �?
  • Create Engaging Collateral: Develop presentations, newsletters, and briefing notes tailored for diverse audiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback on communication activities, assess their effectiveness, and recommend enhancements. ??
  • Plan Events & Forums: Organise communication forums and events as necessary to keep everyone informed and engaged.

What You Bring:

  • Expertise in Communication Campaigns: Proven experience in delivering successful communication strategies, especially within project and portfolio environments.
  • Outstanding Writing Skills: Ability to write clearly and concisely with impeccable spelling and grammar. ??
  • Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong PowerPoint skills for creating visually stunning presentations, along with some experience in Excel for tracking deliverables. ??
