The Role:

  • Support the CRM Manager in tracking the sales pipeline, client experiences, and service quality levels.
  • Configure and develop backend Dynamics365 systems, including tables, fields, and automated workflows.
  • Design marketing campaigns and enhance customer journeys, improving retention and conversion.
  • Deliver training, user support, and troubleshooting for Dynamics365.
  • Contribute to digital marketing projects and broader integration initiatives.

The Candidate:

  • 3+ years of CRM experience with hands-on expertise in Dynamics365 configuration and optimisation.
  • Proficient in creating automated workflows and integrating CRM with other tools.
