In this role, you'll be at the heart of our customer engagement strategy, helping to build lasting relationships with our community and drive commercial success through smart, data-driven CRM campaigns.
The Role:
- Build and deploy newsletters, emails, and SMS campaigns across regions.
- Utilise analytics and customer insights to optimise customer journeys and deliver tailored content
- Brief in campaign assets and manage execution from concept to deployment
- Optimise and refresh trigger campaigns to boost conversions.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Work alongside other CRM specialists to drive regional growth.
- Drive innovation through test-and-learn initiatives to continually improve CRM performance.
The Candidate:
- 1+ years of experience in CRM or Email Marketing, ideally within retail, fashion, or luxury.
- Proficient with Email Service Platforms.
- Experienced with Google Analytics.
- Skilled in managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Passionate about the fashion industry.
