The Role:

As a User Researcher, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions for Defence and Security clients. This role involves applying a range of user-centred research methods to create impactful products and services. You will play a crucial part in shaping exceptional user experiences while ensuring their needs are considered throughout the development process.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute user research using methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnographic research.
  • Analyse user data and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop user-focused design artifacts, such as journey maps and archetypes.
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to align research findings with business objectives.
  • Advocate for user-centricity throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on trends and methodologies in user-centred design to enhance your craft.
