**Senior Solutions Engineer (Sales & CS)** Technology - London, Kings Cross (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office) Up to £90,000 + Equity + Benefits
**OVERVIEW**
We are working with a computer vision start-up that provides cutting-edge software solutions to the retail, FMCG, and manufacturing industries. As they expand, they are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between product implementation and client relations. This role will focus on pre-sale and post-sale activities, ensuring smooth delivery and continuous client satisfaction.
**THE COMPANY**
This company develops Synthetic Computer Vision (SCV) models that leverage image data to identify and classify objects, automating tasks across physical stores, logistics centers, and manufacturing plants. Their solutions help companies manage real-time events such as product restocking, shelf organization, and inventory monitoring, ultimately optimizing operations and boosting revenue.
**THE ROLE**
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will: * Act as the main point of contact between the tech team and enterprise clients, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales processes. * Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to scope products, implement solutions, and ensure successful delivery to clients. * Manage client expectations and provide technical guidance during the implementation phase. * Support the sales process by engaging with new and existing clients to ensure smooth onboarding. * Continuously liaise with technical and business stakeholders to improve and optimize the product.
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Experience with Python, DevOps (GCP, AWS, Azure), and APIs. * Experience working with enterprise clients in a technical role. * Desirable: Knowledge of JavaScript, Databricks, and experience with large-scale implementations.
**SALARY** £80,000 - £90,000 + Equity + Benefits.
