Overview:
We are seeking skilled Concrete Pump Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of concrete pumping operations and demonstrate excellent mechanical knowledge. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of concrete at various construction sites. As a Concrete Pump Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining concrete pumping equipment while adhering to all safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
Operate concrete pumps to transport and pour concrete at construction sites.
Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate the delivery of concrete.
Monitor the flow of concrete during pumping operations, adjusting as necessary to ensure quality.
Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in digging or preparing sites as required for pump setup.
Strong knowledge of concrete pumps and implementing maintenance regime.
Daily and weekly inspections on plant and pipeline.
Knowledge of static pipeline set up and components
Experience:
Proven experience as a Concrete Pump Operator or in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Experience in site preparation, including digging, is advantageous but not mandatory.
