We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager - Building Safety to join a forward-thinking team in the UK's property sector. This role is a chance to lead multi-disciplinary teams, work on high-profile building remediation projects, and make a tangible difference in ensuring safety and compliance in the built environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in the property, construction, or FM sectors (10+ years).
  • Expertise in building safety legislation and Government funding programmes.
  • Strong project management skills (Prince2 or similar is a bonus!).
  • Qualifications such as RICS or MIRPM are highly desirable.
