Role: Commercial Site Manager
Location: DorsetEmployer: Commercial ConstructionSalary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a commercial construction company located in Dorset, but it is working for a site in Chiswick. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Site Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate is-
- Experience in quality management maintaining a high standard
- Minimum 4-5 years site management experience with a main contractor managing your own site
- Have both new build and refurbishment experience - within the motor retail sector is preferred but not essential
- Detailed understanding of Health & Safety management and compliance
- Experience and detailed understanding of groundwork, steel frame, cladding, and curtain walling is essential
- Experience in high-quality internal fit-out
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- CSCS card, SMSTS certificate & First Aid at Work
- Be prepared to travel and stay away from home if required
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other professionals as well as subcontractors & suppliers
