Technical IoT Program Manager
Location: London (Hybrid Work Schedule)
Contract: 6 months with potential for extension
Rate: 51-58 per hour (Inside IR35)
My client is seeking a Technical IoT Program Manager to join a cutting-edge team within a global leader in the technology and workplace innovation space. This role focuses on driving IoT and smart building infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless implementation across a portfolio of corporate real estate properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pilot projects showcasing the business benefits of IoT and smart building systems (e.g., energy management, building automation).
- Manage stakeholder engagement, setting measurable targets, and aligning projects with organizational goals.
- Oversee vendor teams, resolve project challenges, and manage procurement of necessary resources.
- Ensure successful delivery of technology and infrastructure solutions across multiple locations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing technical programs in building portfolios.
- Expertise in IoT, smart building technologies, or related systems.
- Strong program management skills, including resource organization, task prioritization, and budget management.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience; certifications in smart buildings, IoT, or energy management are a plus.
- Track record of delivering infrastructure solutions in corporate real estate settings.
