We are currently working with a leading Electrical Contractor who are looking for an Electrical Contracts Manager to be based in London working on various projects.

Remuneration

Job description
* Responsible for H&S for the team and associated subcontractors.
* Ensuring the completion of daily/weekly/monthly paperwork associated with H&S and clients paperwork.
* Managing site managers/supervisors and ensuring they are fulfilling their role.
* Coordinating with other contracts/construction managers or project managers to ensure that work is progressing on schedule.
* Maintaining relationships with clients and subcontractors.
* Reviewing progress reports from each team member to track the status of each task.
* Carrying out progress reports and issuing to the client on a fortnightly basis.
* Monitoring project managers to ensure there are sufficient materials on site prior to commencing works, inclusive of procurement schedules.
* Monitoring employees'/subcontractors work hours to ensure that they are working efficiently.
* Scheduling meetings with clients or other stakeholders to discuss project objectives and requirements.
* Communicating with other team members to ensure that all requirements are met.
* Working closely with the procurement team to ensure materials are ordered efficiently across several projects and seeking the best discount when grouping orders together.
* Managing a team of Project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the business across several projects.
* Working with the commercial team to monitor costs throughout the project, ensuring that the project is profitable. Completion of the contract reviews monthly to be presented to the board of directors in our head office.
