Salary: Up to £50,000

Location: City of London

Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm + overtime

Do you have previous lead/supervisory experience? We have an amazing opportunity for a Electrical Maintenance Supervisor position at a leading facility maintenance company on a commercial site in the City of London.

As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our client sites. Your exceptional leadership skills and strong attention to detail will ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our facility management on site.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the performance of on-site staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and maintain excellent relationships.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or operational issues promptly.
  • Prepare reports on site activities, including progress, performance, and budgetary information.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to consistently deliver high-quality services.
  • Manage and schedule resources efficiently, including staff, equipment, and materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a site supervisor or lead engineer within the facility management industry.
  • Electrical background (e.g. City & Guild 236, 2330 or any equivalent qualification)
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and facility management best practices.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to facility management.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in facility management or a related field are desirable.
