Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to 55,000 per annum + career progression + on call
Position Overview:
As a Site Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our clients' facilities. You will be responsible for supervising maintenance and repair activities and ensuring that electrical systems and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about electrical systems and possesses excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair activities on-site.
- Ensure that electrical systems and equipment are maintained and inspected regularly.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and provide solutions.
- Monitor and manage the allocation of resources and materials.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report on-site activities to higher management.
Requirements:
- Strong background in electrical systems and maintenance.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Relevant electrical certifications or qualifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours if necessary.
