Electrical Pre Construction Manager - London Based
We are currently working with a leading Electrical Contractor who are looking for an Electrical Pre Construction Manager to be based in London working on various projects visiting sites in London.

90 000 - 95 000 Plus additional benefits

Job Description
* Influencing decisions within the business based on past and current experience within the sector.
* Discussing works with potential clients and advertising the benefits of the contractor.
* Managing and carrying out tenders including managing other estimators.
* Reviewing designs at pre-construction stage and enhancing any value engineering.
* Issuing technical submissions for proposed equipment so procurement can be carried out.
* Leading procurement at the pre-construction stage to secure best prices and lead in times.
* Attending design team meetings for secured projects. This could include multiple projects at any one time.
* Attending site to visit clients, if required.
* Carrying out tender handovers with project managers, commercial managers and associated site teams.
* Issuing applications during the pre-construction stage, prior to handover to the site team.
