My client a leading Electricalcontractor are currently seeking an experienced electrical QS to join thier team on a perm basis.
Overview of Role:
As the Electrical QS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across the electrical division. The position calls for a blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen, providing technical support to the engineering team, managing workflowswithin budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical teams, promoting a safety-first culture.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Resolve any arising technical and logistical issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Deliver action plans, to ensure timely work completion, at site where allocated resources have been unable to provide corrective repair
- Communicate effectively with clients, offering superior customer service, and managing expectations according to project timelines.
- Multitask across diverse projects while maintaining attention to detail and resilience under pressure.
- Lead by example, fostering teamwork and collaboration within and across teams.
