We are looking for a Electrical Site Manager to join a well established M&E contractor to join a well established M&E construction company to work on their residential scheme based in Kings Cross. The business has the mechanical package on this project so you will be working alongside a mechanical counterpart.
The site will be in Kings Cross with the site being for a large tier 1 main contractor, for the right individual we can get someone started immediately.

This is for a M&E contractor who have been established for over 40 years, they have worked with some of the largest developers within the UK such as Redrow Homes, Bellway Homes & L&Q. They have a good reputation within the industry with a proven track record of delivering marquee schemes throughout the south west of the country.
Duties
- Overseeing sub - contractors
- Reporting into a Electrical Project Manager
- Responsible for RAMS
- Technical submittes & raising RFIs
- Working alongside a Mechanical counterpart
- Shell & Core and Fit - Out of circa 100 units
- Weekly progress reports with the client
- Sourcing & ordering materials for site
