About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Electrically Biased) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems in a variety of settings within the commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site operations and ensure all maintenance tasks are carried out to a high standard.
- Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks and manage a team of two, with plans to expand.
- Handle callouts on a rotational basis (1 in 2 weeks).
- Provide support with overtime and potentially cover additional sites as needed.
- Work closely with a laid-back client to ensure their needs are met and maintain a positive working relationship.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain accurate site documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong electrical background with a solid understanding of mechanical systems.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the building services or facilities management sectors.
- Ability to work independently and manage a small team effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and work overtime as required.
