As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical works on site, ensuring that all installations and maintenance tasks meet the required standards, health and safety regulations, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Valid ECS card
  • SSSTS / SMSTS
  • Supervise and manage electrical installation teams on-site, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.
  • Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including lighting, power, and data systems for residential properties.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager, site managers, and contractors to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Conduct quality control inspections of electrical installations and resolve any technical issues.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure electrical works are completed within time and budget constraints.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to electricians and apprentices.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all electrical works and inspections.
  • Conduct site inductions and health & safety briefings for electrical team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in a residential construction environment.
