Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Central London
Project Value: 40m Commercial Office New Build
Rate: 270 - 300 per day CIS - depending on experience
Our Client: London-based M&E Tier 1 main contractor, package value circa 15m
Duration: 12 months

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a 40m commercial office new build project located in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading contractor and contribute to a high-profile development in one of the most vibrant areas of the capital.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the electrical installation work across the site as the Electrical Supervisor, ensuring it is carried out to the highest standards.
Supervise and coordinate a team of electricians as the Electrical Supervisor, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to budget.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards as the Electrical Supervisor.
Liaise with the project management team as the Electrical Supervisor to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any electrical issues promptly.
Conduct regular inspections of work as the Electrical Supervisor, providing guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting on project progress and materials required as the Electrical Supervisor.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an Electrical Supervisor on UK building sites.
Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
Gold JIB Card.
Strong knowledge of electrical installation and systems for commercial building projects, particularly as an Electrical Supervisor.
Proven ability to manage teams effectively as an Electrical Supervisor and ensure adherence to schedules.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with project stakeholders at all levels as the Electrical Supervisor.
Full understanding of health, safety, and building regulations as an Electrical Supervisor.

Desirable:

Previous experience working on large-scale commercial developments in Central London as an Electrical Supervisor.
SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
