We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our clients team on an exciting residential and commercial project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and supervision in both residential and commercial settings.
As the Electrical Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of electrical systems and installations on-site. You will be responsible for overseeing electrical teams, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining safety standards.
Electrical SupervisorResponsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical work on a residential and commercial project.
- Oversee a team of electricians, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and within project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Manage material and equipment requirements and ensure proper usage on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and resolve any electrical issues.
- Liaise with project managers and other site supervisors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior electrical staff.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and any issues encountered.
- Implement and oversee proper procedures for electrical testing and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve issues promptly.
Electrical Supervisor Requirements:
- Gold ECS card
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in both residential and commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation techniques, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
