As anElectrical Supervisor, you will oversee the electrical works for aresidentialconstruction project from start to finish. You will ensure that all electrical installations meet the required safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. You will work closely with the project manager, electrical contractors, and other construction professionals to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure timely project completion.
Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical work on-site for residential construction projects.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety standards, local codes, and regulations.
- Monitor and enforce the adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical work to ensure compliance with the design and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to electricians and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with project management and other supervisors to resolve issues and ensure the timely completion of electrical tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and material usage.
- Ensure proper use of tools and equipment, and maintain a safe working environment.
Electrical Supervsior Qualifications:
- Gold ECS card
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, and technical documents.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
