- Working for global leading, well established Energy and Facilities Management business. On behalf of a Corporate client on a long-term contract based in Holborn, London.
Your new role
- Working as a Electrical Supervisor, managing a team of up to 4 day-shift Engineers.
- 40hr work week, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (1hour/s lunch)
- You will be required to support the Technicians on shift when required.
- This role requires you to be the face of the business providing a high level of customer service to the client.
- To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance, reactive and breakdown works to electrical bias systems within a retail environment (emergency lighting, basic electricalmaintenance, fabric works, etc)
- Assisting in the maintenance and repair of the complete range ofelectrical engineering services associated with the Retail Estate.
- Giving out tool box talks, organising subcontractors, organising permits, Technicians, PPM Planning.
- Attend P&L Meetings reporting directly into the Contract Manager to support the Company and the Client to improve processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- 4+ Years experience in the commercial facilities electrical maintenance.
- A can-do attitude with the ability to resolve issues thinking outside the box.
- To step up into a Supervisor role and manage a team.
- Completion of a structured training program in Electrical Engineering to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- 17th or 18th Edition
- Supervisor experience is desired.
