We are looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor with a genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to make every guest feel welcome, for a Japanese inspired restaurant at the heart of Londons hip Shoreditch located in Hart Hotel.

UBA blends together the cultivated cooking of Japanese and Chinese cuisines, to create a menu offering innovative twists on traditional classics and time-honoured comfort staples, as well as an assortment of contemporary favourites. Recognizable dishes come to life as our chefs fuse modern flavours with traditional cooking techniques to cater to a cosmopolitan palate.

The Role...

At UBA the Floor Supervisor is responsible for supporting all aspects of the business in conjunction with the Senior Managers. The Restaurant Manager oversees service standards, operational efficiency, and guest experience, including day-to-day team management.

Main Duties...

Effective hands-on day to day management and problem solving both front and back of house operations.

Adhere to company policies for food safety, allergy procedure and creating an overall safe and inviting space for members, guests, staff by partnering with Health & Safety leaders and following local, government and regional compliance and abiding by legal standards.

Leading by example to deliver top-notch service and ensure the team does the same.
