The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor's Role

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will become part of a close-knit team of eight experienced surveyors, gaining exposure to a diverse client portfolio across the commercial, retail, industrial, and mixed-use sectors.

This role provides comprehensive hands-on experience in all aspects of Building Surveying, preparing you to excel in your career and achieve MRICS status with tailored 1:1 APC training and support.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with building inspections, surveys, and reports.
  • Gain hands-on experience in professional services and project management.
  • Work closely with experienced surveyors to develop a well-rounded skill set.
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.


The Ideal Graduate Building Surveyor

  • BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or a RICS-accredited degree.
  • Any prior construction or consultancy experience (desirable but not essential).
  • Eager to develop professionally and achieve APC qualification.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and a team player.
