Head of Repairs

London - Permanent

£80-90k plus package

We are working with a leading Housing Association to recruit a Head of Repairs to join their team in London, leading on all disrepair cases across London and the South East.

You will be responsible for delivering disrepair management, ensuring strict protocol is followed and legal requirements are met, and outstanding customer service is provided. You will also manage the expenditure budget and ensure that contractors perform to the agreed standard.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of managing people, budgets and contractors. Candidates should have experience of working in Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance dealing with the Disrepair Protocol. You should also be able to develop positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external, in particular legal framework consultants.
