Fantastic opportunity for an energetic, confident Site Secretary/Administrator to join a global growing construction company, who are involved in high profile sites, multi award winning.

Based in South West London

Hours 8-5pm

Join the dynamic and expanding construction team as a Site Secretary/Administrator! We are seeking a talented individual to provide administrative support and ensure efficient operations on our construction sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the site team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems, ensuring that records are easily accessible.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, meeting minutes, and other important documents.
  • Coordinate site inductions and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with health and safety procedures, including completing relevant paperwork and maintaining records.
  • Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role within the construction industry. ( you don't have to have site experience but Construction experience is a must)
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety practises within the construction industry.
  • Professionalism and a positive attitude.
