What will you get up to?
As the Junior Sous Chef, you will serve within the dynamic kitchen team, directly supporting the Head and executive chef. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of their kitchen, maintaining the high standards of culinary excellence that defines their ethos.
- Assist the team in delivering innovative menus that reflect their commitment to seasonal and sustainable cuisine.
- Daily kitchen activities, ensuring that all dishes meet our rigorous quality and presentation standards.
- Mentor and train junior kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and liaise with suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Ensure that all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to within the kitchen.
