The Role:

We are actively seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor with expertise in managing mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will take ownership of M&E cost management across a variety of projects, ensuring budgets are controlled, risks are managed, and value is delivered for clients. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an M&E Quantity Surveying role.
  • Proven experience managing M&E packages independently.
  • A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within construction.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • MRICS accreditation or be actively working towards completing their APC.
