ATK Solutions has an excellent opportunity for a contract M&E Asset Surveyor to utilise your expertise across a wide variety of sectors including Health care, Commercial, Education and Local authority buildings.
About the role:-
- Identify, reduce, and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the surveying project
- Provide different types of asset survey, asset verification and asset compliance audits
- Reports formatted and sent on a survey template
- Producing technical and defect analysis reports
- Life cycle costings
- Organise your week accordingly depending on workload, traveling to meet with clients
- Reports can all be carried out from home, with occasional meet ups with the team at head office.
- Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures
What's in it for you:
Two month contract plus 300 to 315 per day and more contract after with our client.
The ideal candidate:
You must have relevant M&E surveying experience and a qualification to be successful with your application.
