£70,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience) + executive level vehicle, bonus and more.

Are you an experienced senior professional in asbestos removal looking for your next leadership challenge? This is a rare opportunity to take charge of a regional operation, overseeing projects, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance for a well-established company.

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the asbestos removal operations across the South East, reporting directly to the Operations Director. You’ll lead multiple teams, ensuring smooth project delivery while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.

What your core responsibilities would be:

· Oversee and manage asbestos removal projects across the South East whilst ensuring smooth project delivery from start through to completion.

· Manage, mentor, and support Contracts Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams.

· Ensure full compliance with CAR 2012 regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practices.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Identify business growth opportunities in order to support expansion.

· Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost control while maximizing productivity.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

· Extensive experience in asbestos removal management, with a strong understanding of CAR 2012 regulations.

· Strong leadership experience within the construction or environmental sectors.

· Proven ability to manage multiple contracts, teams, and large-scale operations at a senior level.

· Good understanding of budgets and managing costs to ensure projects run smoothly and profitably.

· A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems quickly and communicate effectively with teams and clients.

· Hold ARCA (or similar) Contracts Manager training.
