Tempest Resourcing are looking to recruit a Site Manager at one of our South London based primary schools. We are looking for a candidate with experience in a school setting, site management experience is not required but it is preferable. Some of the main responsibilities include:

To be responsible for the property and asset management of the school.
To liaise regularly with the Head Teacher on caretaking and site management issues.
To be responsible for health and safety compliance.
To maintain the internal and external fabric of the school's premises as a safe working environment.
To manage the caretaking and cleaning staff of the school.
To ensure the security of the school premises.
To maintain any machinery or plant within the school.
