My client are an independently owned, building consultancy and property management firm, who are nationwide, seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their central London based team.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned Senior Building Surveyor, who is keen to join a progressive firm, with a strong and interesting portfolio of clients and schemes across the commercial sector.

Role and responsibilities
As the successful Senior Building Surveyor you'll work with a range of clients including fund management clients, landlords, tenants and consultants, with a collection of commercial, industrial, office and retail properties.
Your role as the new Senior Building Surveyor will be to deliver a diverse set of services, from professional dilapidations, defect diagnosis and due diligence, to project management, contract administration and designer based duties.
Person specification
This role will suit a chartered Senior Building Surveyor who has diverse technical knowledge and is confident running projects alone.
- MRICS qualified
- RICS accredited degree (Essential)
- A strong construction and property background
- Good, diverse technical knowledge both project and professional
- Understanding of commercial property types
