Hill & Hill are proud to represent a international luxuryconstruction consultancy firm primarily based in Central London. Thiswill be an opportunity to collaborate with seasoned Building Consultancy Surveyors on a diverse range of tasks. With a diverse workload, you will have the chance to engage in building surveying andproject management tasks, monitor third-party development projects, conduct surveys on commercial/residentialbuildings, and handle dilapidation works.

They are currently in need of Senior Building Surveyors / Associate Building Surveyors with varying project experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert advice to clients on all Building Consultancy aspects as needed.
  • Draft repair and refurbishment specifications, oversee and manage on-site works.
  • Provide Project Management and Project Monitoring services and advice to clients.
  • Prepare and/or negotiate Schedules of Dilapidations.
  • Conduct various surveys including Pre-acquisition, Exit, and Maintenance Surveys.
  • Prepare and negotiate fee proposals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of work in accordance with client expectations.
  • Cultivate, expand, and maintain internal and external client relationships.
  • Leverage your network to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to cross-sell services, support clients, and increase revenue streams.

Qualities and Qualifications:

  • Hold the RICS qualification preferred.
  • Ability to interact professionally with business professionals and provide exceptional client service.
  • Flexible working approach to adapt to different client and business needs.
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust to changes as necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of influencing and negotiating with clients and third parties.
  • Self-motivated with experience working independently.
