The Senior Building Surveyor's role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will work with a broad range of clients, from global investors and developers to corporate occupiers and landlords, delivering a plethora of service lines both professional and project instruction focused.

The Senior Building Surveyor will have unparralled progression opportunity up to Directorship, with the continous opportunity to showcase your abilties, take responsibility and lead.

  • Leading and managing building surveys and technical due diligence
  • Overseeing refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception to completion
  • Providing expert advice on dilapidations, party wall matters, and schedules of condition
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and maintaining exceptional client service
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives


The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor will have

  • MRICS qualification and substantial post-qualification experience
  • Strong expertise in commercial building surveying
  • A client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results
  • A proactive approach to mentoring and supporting junior team members
