Key Responsibilies

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering building surveying projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking building surveys, defect diagnosis, and condition reports.
  • Managing refurbishment and maintenance projects, including contract administration.
  • Preparing schedules of dilapidations and party wall awards.
  • Providing expert advice to clients on property-related matters.
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of the team.
