We are seeking an experienced and motivated Building Surveyor with Contract Administration experience to join theirLondon office. They provide expert services across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and public sector projects.

Key Responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Undertaking building surveys, inspections, and reports.
  • Leading and managing contract administration on a variety of projects.
  • Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and tender documents.
  • Monitoring project progress, ensuring high standards, cost control, and compliance with regulations.
  • Providing professional advice to clients, ensuring their objectives are met.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team of professionals across the firm.

Skills and Experience Required to be successful in this role include:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in building surveying.
  • Strong background in contract administration for construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of building pathology and construction technology.
  • Ideally RICS Chartered or working towards chartership.
