- Job Title: Senior Site Manager
- Location: Lewisham, South London
- Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Competitive Package (includes car allowance, private medical cover, discretionary bonus, travel expenses, and 22 days' holiday + bank holidays)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Decent Homes and Voids projects, including painting, decorating, clearances, and kitchen & bathroom refurbishments
- Report to the Contracts Manager and Operations Lead
- Manage residential and social housing projects for Local Authorities, Social Housing Providers, Private Landlords, and Developers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality
- Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on site
- Supervise subcontractors and manage day-to-day site activities
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and manage site documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Mentor and support junior staff members
- Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression
