  • Job Title: Senior Site Manager
  • Location: Lewisham, South London
  • Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Competitive Package (includes car allowance, private medical cover, discretionary bonus, travel expenses, and 22 days' holiday + bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Decent Homes and Voids projects, including painting, decorating, clearances, and kitchen & bathroom refurbishments
  • Report to the Contracts Manager and Operations Lead
  • Manage residential and social housing projects for Local Authorities, Social Housing Providers, Private Landlords, and Developers
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality
  • Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on site
  • Supervise subcontractors and manage day-to-day site activities
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections and manage site documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Mentor and support junior staff members
  • Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression
