Senior Site Manager - London - Hybrid - Construction Projects

Are you a seasoned leader with experience managing large-scale construction projects? Our client, a global leader in logistics automation, are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join the team and help deliver excellence on major projects at a major airport. As a key player within a dynamic and high-performing construction team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of baggage and non-baggage work packages while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and collaboration.

In this role, you will set and promote leadership standards, serving as an ambassador for best practices and an advocate for continuous improvement. Your leadership will be built on empathy and clarity, motivating the team through mentorship and coaching. You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, managing client relationships and ensuring projects stay on track with zero safety incidents. A key part of the role will be driving first-time installations, meeting project milestones, and aligning your team with the company’s mission and vision.
