Location: Nearest station Canning Town

Salary: 26-28k

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday - full time office based

Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for an exciting opportunity in a new administrative role? Our client in the construction industry is seeking a dedicated Site Administrator to support the site management team in their daily operations assisting on a current project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the site management team with various administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Approving invoices and raising disputes
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of site activities, including expenditures, inventory, and schedules.
  • Collaborating with various departments to promote efficient workflow
  • Assisting with health and safety processes

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
