Summary of Role:As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing construction projects safely and efficiently, in line with the Company’s Health and Safety policies and contractual requirements. You will supervise site activities and ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all works on the project site.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies at all times.
  • Supervise and coordinate all site personnel, including subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to management.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and the site team to ensure adequate resourcing.
  • Conduct weekly subcontract meetings and communicate with the design team on construction issues.
  • Manage material procurement in collaboration with the procurement team.
  • Prepare detailed site reports for management review.
  • Ensure the client’s expectations are met and maintained throughout the project.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain project schedules.
  • Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork to remove barriers to success.
  • Perform additional duties as required in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.
