Our client, an interior fitout contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and add to their wealth of experience on a permanent or fixed-term contract basis. They are currently the main contractor on a 60-room hotel refurbishment in Hampstead on a 7-month program with a value of £2.2 million. With £7 million turnover annually, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business who are keen on offering progression from within.
A successful candidate will have proven experience as a site manager working in residential/commercial fitouts.

Site Manager Job Overview* Set up the site, organize activities, and oversee all aspects from planning to completion.* Monitor, adjust, and control project costs to ensure timely delivery within budget.* Ensure on-site safety by following health and safety protocols and implementing preventative measures.* Continuously track work quality and assess project progress to meet standards and timelines.* Manage communication with stakeholders and resolve any issues or discrepancies during construction.
