ROLE CONSTRUCTION FREELANCE SITE MANAGERLOCATION PECKHAM SE15 START MONDAY 17TH FEBRUARYDURATION 2 MONTHS RATE £260-£280 PER DAYThis opportunity for a freelance Site Manager to take responsibility for the refurbishment of multiple railway arches into commercial units. You will oversee the project coordinating and managing on-site sub-contractors, making sure H&S is adhered to and ensuring the project reaches practical completion in 2 months' time. Key skills and experience required:* CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid at Work.* Day to day supervision and co-ordination of on-site subcontractors, plant and materials * Maintain strict quality control procedures and conduct regular site safety checks* Strong communication and liaison skills* Building and maintaining good relationships across all subcontractors and direct employees* Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for producing a high-quality finish* Good IT skills including Word, Excel and OutlookTo apply for this role please send your latest CV.
