Your New Role
You will be working as a Site Manager with a key focus on the delivery of high-quality retail, office and hospitality projects. You will manage a fast-paced team on-site who will work in collaboration to transform commercial spaces. Due to current growth, they are building a site team who are ambitious, committed and highly skilled. The role is a permanent role.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- A track record of delivering projects up to £10m from start to finish.
- You will need to have experience in Health & Safety procedures, making sure they are followed at all times on site.
- Have confidence in leading, while working within a team environment, and possess an excellent eye for detail with exceptional quality and proficiency in managing subcontractors and tradespeople, whilst having overall responsibility for the day-to-day site management of fast-paced fit-out projects.
- Proven stability in similar permanent roles working for main contractors in London and the South East.
Qualifications
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card in either Gold or Black category
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
- First Aid certificate
