Our client is a Regional Developer, with a focus on delivering good quality Residential schemes. They have a growing pipeline of work across London and the home counties, Cut & Carve, RC frame and some out of town Traditional new build. Your first project will be either a High end Resi change of use in Kensington (c.£15M) or a prestigious mixed-use development in Islington (c.£25M). You will be a Site Manager project focused liaising with the Project Manager and QS, supported by a Contracts Manager. The business is in a period of long-term targeted growth, so a good time to get onboard.Duties include:
- Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and company's requirements.
- Monitor progress in line with the programme of work.
- Maintain and update project reporting, keeping appropriate Site Records.
- Support and coordinate internal progress meetings.
- Liaise with PM and on an design issues regularly throughout the contract.
- Arrange and lead internal progress meetings with Subbies.
- Liaise with the PM and monitor sub-contractors in relation to any variations and delays.
- Monitor and review quality assurance, support snagging as required.
- Produce RAMs for site, implementing Health & Safety Procedures including safety inspections of the site and ensuring regulations relating to health & safety are being met.
