We have a great opportunity for a Supervisor for a Dry-lining sub-contractor we work closely with in Central London.

The Projects are valued 5M-25 and is a dry-lining fit out project. You will be responsible for managing the site which will be spread over multiple floors and will include standard dry-lining responsibilities. You will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

Our client works with main contractors such as Mace, SRM, Multiplex, Skanska and Lendlease.

The ideal Supervisor must have:

  • Have CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience
  • Longevity in freelance roles with some of the big contractors in the industry
  • Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
  • Come from a drylining background
  • Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
  • Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Supervisor on commercial projects
  • Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
  • SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
