Working on this exciting, fast paced Trading floor of this top tier Investment bank you will be part of a motivated, friendly team of Assistants. Starting initially as a float Assistant you will get to work with different teams supporting up to MD level, building your network and knowledge of the trading floor. Your role will involve strong organisation, diary management and client interaction. This is an excellent intro into this fantastic company and division with the potential to move into a permanent role, working for a specific team.

Key duties:

  • Extensive calendar organisation, handles high volume of phone calls and emails
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings, conferences and special events
  • Coordinates travel arrangements and assists with T and E reports
  • Take on ad hoc projects while maintaining workflow and miscellaneous general office duties and administrative support
  • Orders and organises all supplies

Skills/Exp:

  • Demonstrates dependability, sense of urgency, and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task
  • Must display a consistent, professional degree of communication skills in person, on phone, by e-mail and letter to senior level executives
  • Comfortable working with people at all organisational levels
  • Strong MS Office skills, Word, Excel, Outlook.

c45 + hour week (overtime paid at time and a half) full in office
