We are seeking a professional and experienced working supervisor/foreman in London (NW10 6NF) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have SMSTS and SSSTS certifications and will be responsible for supervising architectural fitters and Steel Fitters Mates in the Chiller Deck and Trimmer steels work areas.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of architectural fitters and Steel Fitters Mates
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee the Chiller Deck and Trimmer steels work areas
- Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure efficient and high-quality work
- Valid SMSTS and SSSTS certifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role
- Strong knowledge of Chiller Deck and Trimmer steels work areas
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Coordinate work schedules and assignments
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety checks
- Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to team members
