Barnardo’s is committed to a build programme of 50 new community-based homes in 10 locations across the UK, in partnership with Local Authorities.

The Programme is expanding at pace and we now require a highly motivated and experienced construction professional to join the Gap Homes Team.

Your new role

Experience of delivering   construction projects within the housing sector is essential, with specific experience of smaller residential developments an advantage. The role will involve the successful production of accessible reports, project plans, risk assessments and management information. Excellent written and oral communication is essential, along with time management and the ability to prioritise workload and achieve deadlines.

What you’ll get in return

In return you will get a competitive salary of between £55,000 and £71,000 depending on your previous experience. Other benefits include access to the pension scheme, annual leave and softer benefits. Full time hours are preferred although part-time hours may be considered.
