On behalf of our client, a leading fit-out firm based in West London, we are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join their team as a Trainee / Assistant Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in admin and document control, who is looking to grow and develop a career in project management.

Role Overview: The successful candidate will initially take on a key administrative and document control role, providing crucial support to the project management team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the organisation and control of project documentation, ensuring all records are maintained to a high standard.
  • Assisting in general administrative tasks including scheduling, preparing reports, and managing communications.
  • Supporting the project management team with coordination, tracking project milestones, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Gaining exposure to project management tasks with the opportunity to develop skills in this area.

Ideal Candidate:
